Tips please….

Cutting down on daytime napping helped us out a lot. Sometimes depending on the daycare they will work with you if you request that they not let your child sleep so long

Sometimes a lavender bath and a little extra ‘heavy work’ (jumping, running) helps

We did the sleep training thing and after three weeks our sanity was saved. Not every parenting method works for every kid but it’s worth a try.
